The Customer-Care department of International Business operations is your single point of contact for upkeep of vehicles through its entire life span. The principle objective of this department is to offer quality service and ensure the availability of TATA Genuine Parts through network of Distributors & Dealers based out of our Headquarters in Mumbai. We have dedicated Service teams posted overseas to work closely with Distributors and Dealers of respective countries.

For better focus, we have mapped the international markets under three Regional offices in:

  • Johannesburg
  • Dubai
  • Mumbai

With a vast and strong network of 47 Distributors, 1029 dealers and 840 spare parts retailers, the department is fully equipped to handle service needs of a Tata Commercial Vehicle customers internationally.
